Indulging in a Giant Meat Bucket and Uncovering the Best Street Food in Asia at the Tandoori Meat Cave

In this video, we explore the incredible street food scene on the Silk Road in Uzbekistan, specifically in Bukhara. We have the opportunity to try some amazing dishes, including the most mind-blowing lamb cooked in a cave!

We start off with the most insane meat cave experience at Restaurant Chorbakr. The tandoori lamb cooked in this cave is covered in fragrant Juniper leaves, making it a truly unique and delicious dish.

Next, we visit the Plov Restaurant to witness the making of Bukhara Plov, a traditional Uzbek rice dish. The flavors and aromas are incredible, and it's a must-try when visiting Bukhara.

After that, we indulge in some mouthwatering SAMSA. These giant square pastries are baked in an oven and are absolutely delightful!

We also explore the Samarkand bazaar, where we find a variety of street food to try. It's a great opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local lifestyle and interact with the friendly locals. We sampled pickled vegetables, enjoyed pomegranate juice, and had some memorable interactions.

To conclude our culinary journey, we indulge in the ultimate BBQ feast in Bukhara. The flavors and variety of grilled meats are truly exceptional.
